Scope: Strategy, web, social, UI/UX, content, proofreading

Backed by PolyLab Biotech, Seaforest is a health supplement brand based in Malaysia. Rather than translate and localize existing messaging, it was important for Seaforest to build an English-first brand in order to pursue a luxury target audience. Together, we worked to create the brand strategy and narrative, copy across web, email and social, and the entirety of the ux flow for shopping, checkout, fulfillment, and help. Additionally, I worked with leadership to polish the product naming, in order to satisfy regulator approval and avoid unwanted echoes and connotations across languages. After the products were ready for distribution, I edited content across all surfaces for accuracy and consistency.
